Our Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your items that you buy from us, you may return them under the following conditions:

If you open the package and just don't like the crocheted item that we have made for you, you may send it back to us for a full refund plus your return shipping costs. We warranty our workmanship and defects on crochet items for 30 days from the date we ship it. All returned items will be inspected for defects in workmanship and if found to be our error, we will process your order. Any abuse or misuse of the item is not qualified for return. i.e.: if your dog chews it up it isn't eligable for a return. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days from the shipping date.

Items will be returned at the customers expense, but will be refunded in the form of a check for the total amount of the purchase plus $5 for your shipping costs. We ship for $5 an order, therefore we think you can ship it for the same amount.

If you just don't like the item and want to return it you can, under the condition it is unused and unwashed. There is no restocking fee.

Please contact us with the reason for the return and the order number. We will provide you with an address to send your returned items to.
